You can go to your local fabric store (JoAnn Fabrics or Hobby Lobby) and the purchase of a pattern and fabric, then sew a costume. If you can not sew (and do not want to learn), you can hire a seamstress. Look in the Yellow Pages. Maybe an aunt or older female relative and sews can do for you. (Many, many Americans over age 50 or older are great sewer!).
