What is a good resource for natural healing? I know two, the American Botanical Pharmacy and books by Kevin Trudeau.
The answer to your question that homeopathy!
Believe it or not its most effective natural way of healing!
Take care and God bless you!
As I know herboligist hundreds of "good" books, but there are a couple I highly recommend.
Andrew Chevallier "Encyclopedia of Medicinal Plants", and I
think it can be ordered www.dk.com
The other book is "The Natural Healing Therapies Physicians'
by Dr. Mark Stengler ND, and can be found at www.bottom
linesecrets.com.
Hope this helps ..
It is a great book with great information ...
Healing with Whole Foods: Asian Traditions and Modern Nutrition (3rd Edition) by Paul Pitchford
I agree with the gentleman who answered first, homeopathy is the best way of natural healing. Kevin Trudeau is a known barker and I do not trust him, if I were you.
My two "bibles" on this issue are as follows: Prescription for natural cures by Balch and Stengler and Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine by Murray and Pizzorno. Also good alternative Cures by Gottlieb, and digestive well-being by Lipski. Let's Get Well by Adelle Davis is good too.
Almanac nutrition. It contains information on symptoms, remedies and, of course, nutrition.
