Serve fresh fruit and sandwhiches like ham or turkey salad with egg, perhaps .... Games ... The Candy Bar game is very fun layers and acts as a great icebreaker. Here are the rules and how it is played ..

10 layers high. You can buy any brand - the cheapest will do.
10 candy bars that can be melted easily. Stick with chocolate and caramel bar above. They can include fillings, but to avoid the bars that have a center of platelets. Melt each chocolate bars in a layer to make it look like baby shit. You may have to break the bars into small pieces and melt them to make things easier. Another option is to simply put the bar on a plate and microwave for one minute. Once melted use a spoon to scoop in the layer. Do the same for all 10 bars.

When 'pooping' each layer make sure you keep track of which layers bar. It is best to number each layer and make a list of candy bar "poop" in it.

Give each guest a paper and a pen.

Start handed out one layer at a time. Ask guests to write the treats they think the baby has eaten before he or she poops. No guests are allowed to smell of the diaper. They can not touch or taste.
The Candy Bar layers game is hilarious. The best part is how non-mothers uneasy feeling before the layers - even though they know it's just a bar of chocolate and not shit real baby. They will also probably shocked by how blase sniff mothers bars.

Clearly, the customer who guesses correctly all the treats just by smelling wins Clamshell layers game and grand prize - a chocolate bar and a fresh coat!

I myself always make coursage with a baby toy, then adding fake flowers for the mother to wear.
