My mom recently bought a 1961 Thistle pram a garage sale. Does anyone know a site that would have the value of this car?

No, but you can certainly find someone locally who evaluates antiques, and they can tell you the value of it. But that sounds like it might be a bit of money. Maybe if she puts it on ebay someone might buy it .... who knows?
