Some bakeries have a thing where you can take a picture and they can copy it in icing conditions. Try printing out a picture Little Einsteins and see if they can make the cake look like this.

I think I saw them at Walmart or Kroger, if not, you can always find the little characters and brings them to a bakery and ask if they use the characters that you have found a cake. You can check at Walmart or Kmart, something like that, and find little characters matches over a cake. Good luck!
