My children have many toys, I do not know what I'll do for Christmas? I have 2 girls, 2.5 years and one month to 13 years. They are 19 months apart .. to make matters worse the toys I bought for my 2.5 years old ... these same toys they still sell in the store! so it's hard to find stuff my 13 months. They all have the little crib and toys Fisher-Price, you name it, building blocks, toy phones, kitchen, office, Barbies, toy animals, toy more like a lawnmower, vacum, doll house, bike, they are so ! and others buy them stuffed animals that I hate unnecessary things that stay there until a battery. Anyway, they do not have these indoor / outdoor theaters, costs $ 300 (grandma and grandpa and mom go 50/50 on the cost) but other than that ... I do not know what else to buy! ! and my parents will think im cheap ... btw they also have a ton of clothes, so they needed clothes = (help = (
WOW ...
You need to get away from the idea that you need to buy them things!
I am from a family that believed that if you buy something from someone, it's the same thing to give them the love and attention and is far from the truth.
I abandoned all my toys and accumulated crap if it meant that I was able to form an effective link with my family!
Do not think that "stuff", think "bonding activity.
A visit to the zoo ... A picnic in local park ... Construction of a fort in the backyard ... In baking cookies with mom ... A new book for you to read ...
For every dollar that you want to spend on them, that in turn you want to spend 10 minutes with them.
I can tell you honestly that when they are grown and looking back, they will not talk about how brilliant shit you bought them ...
Oh, and when they grow out of what they have now, do not throw ... Join the Freecycle Network and put what you have to offer "section and someone who needs baby toys, clothing, furniture, etc. will come when you tell them to get all this you.
And when you need more "grown up" toys, clothing, furniture, etc. that you post "Wanted" or respond to an offer that you find there and all you have to do is pick things up in the person's house.

Why not, instead of lots of gifts, take a holiday / for a day trip somewhere! Or, as they are small, cute animal screaming in joy over. It is really hard to see what they want. Do you have a trampoline? They love bouncing their little heads around! Do they have a climbing wall and slide? Christmas Good luck to you and your family happy:)
Perhaps it is time to reflect and realize that you probably buy them too general. Stay at the cabin and bring books or art supplies. Put the rest of the money you would have spent on savings accounts for college, bonds or CDs.
start their savings account and ask everyone to give this place a gift. to bring your focus and begin to learn a penny saved is a penny earned
I have the same problem n my kids get bored with all their new stuff in less than a month so this year I'm going to buy one big gift for both of them to share (Nintendo Wii) nd a simple toy each. If your children have not yet, perhaps you should do one of these wheels nd with your supervision can take your 2yr old little sister for a ride. Good luck!
I think give the gift of reading is an excellent idea for you girls ... You can buy books for age 1-3 years: Love You Forever by Robert Munsch, Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown and more at Amazon.
