Carter factory outlets! You can find them on their website (google). I shop there regularly and have seen their sales fantastic. I kept getting complete (pants and top) between 3 and $ 5 when they have a sale! Whenever I see a place I like in Carters Kohls I arrived at the exit and it atleast 5 dollars cheaper. However I find that Wal-Mart has very good deals on clothes too Carter.

JC Penny is a great place to look. But depending on where you live there should be a real store carters. I love this brand too, and found their store and thought they would be wildly price but I found many cute items for 75% discount. Good luck:)

Wal-Mart and Kohls always good business. Buy one get half or buy two get one free almost always

Costco also carries stuff Carter - only a few types of each sex at a time, but they have somehing every time I went in recent years. Oh, and PJ Carter also summer and winter types. That's where I get all our PJs actually, as you can get the same exact pair you spend $ 15 - $ 20 at JCPenny / Babies R Us for $ 7.99 a pair. :)

Marshall has always Carter's baby clothes really cheap. In addition, you can take JCPenny when they have a good sale. Usually Marshall is the best. I do not know about you, but I suppose that TJ Max is their brand too.

Carter clothes are cheap anyway .... they "exit" stores, or by check when babies r us or Kohl's has sales ...

My club sams wear cute clothes Carter at the best price of 4-12 dollars. I also think that Cosco.

Find a store carters ... They generally have the best deals! Carters love and I'm always shopping for my son ... He has now reached the point where I'm going to have to wait a bit because it goes back ebfore everything already!
