Cinder Block Building

I need to resurface an old cinder block building .. any cost effective modern ideas?

It depends where you are.
Some modern methods would be awesome:
Covering of corrugated iron and rust it first to get character with time
Stucco, find a way to incorporate a neutral color and a clear design for the character
-Go to a scrap yard or coasting yard and find lots of random different finishes (siding, metal, wood panels, panels Hardy, whatever) and mix. With a little artistic imagination of the mixture of media can be very modern and profitable. Taking up old material mixed with a green courtyard will be awesome too!
