How to build a concrete block shed / storage unit? I think the construction of a concrete block shed / storage unit instead of a wooden shed, since it would be cheaper to build and will be virtually maintenance free!
I wonder should I use standard concrete blocks (4 ") of a butt?
Or should I use blocks of the cavity??
Discount will be a sort of sloping roof that Apex will reduce costs. walls will be made later as well.
Would it be better to use tiles or corrugated roofing panels??
Some well-informed advice would be great?
I built a shed using hollow blocks or cavity. They are lighter and easier for the DIY man. Use a good quality with a smooth face so that it may not be necessary to cast, I used a point path between the blocks instead of a colored finish.
So, I corresponding equipment on the roof of the hangar with that of the main house.
Good Luck.
it depends where you are located and you have to find your wind codes and specifications. You get the county are here to help find information. most places you need to have architectural prints and sealed sighned then you have to take the service building. architect will tell you what you should do the same storm cell and have been to tie rebar you and thickness of your slab / foundation and depth of your foot.
There is much to it, and I could be here for hours trying to explain, but it would be much easier to understand if you ar going to Home Depot hardware store and get a how to book.
a block of surrender made of blocks of 6 inches would be the right thing and give you a bit more space inside ... then you will need a 2 "plug in your ear all the way to continue to bail ...
I would use regular concrete blocks because the blocks of the cavity over time is low Good Luck
