Then Dr. Marten sandals sandals be good in winter? I would try to wear sandals in winter (the time and tempature permitting) so my feet can air in the fresh air. I want to see if they ate comforable in winter, and if they can wear. I know very few people wear Dr. Marten sandals winter barefoot for most, and sometimes the tempature is only about 25'F. I do not think my feet freeze since my feet are used to the cold.
I love sandals, even if it's cold outside. I moved from California to Pennsylvania 4 years ago and are not accustomed to cold winters here. I wear sandals every chance I get. But sometimes I end up paying dearly for it!
I say go for it! And what better shoes! The likelihood of them falling out of the cold are thin, and if you get a good pair of thick, they should work just right.
I would say it's OK as long as you're comfortable. But .... this morning it was about 58F here in Southern California. Everyone talked about how cold it was! Did not see anyone with open-toed shoes. When he enters the beam's up I-40 as I am in Alaska. Now I feel like a wimp!
