I received the butterfly flaps a year ago for my baby and I hoped it would last a mini-marriage, but it has stopped working, the other day. Can I return without a receipt or I'm on a swing $ 160?

Thought Fisher Price had a one year warranty only. But without a receipt, I'd say your chances of having warranty are close to zero. It is best to contact Fisher-Price.

Most companies, if you call them and tell them what happened Wil either offer a repair kit for the element, or even replace it for free. It depends. You can return items in some stores with a receipt as long as you have the box, but a year of use would most likely be visible

I had a similar problem with a Fisher Price swing recently. I called and they sent me a new engine and it works perfectly. I was very impressed with them. I do not know how old your swing is. If more than one year, I probably would not bother.
