Halloween Makeup

I realize it's a bit early to think about Halloween, but if I wanted to make a black box under my eyes, this type of makeup can I use? Has anyone done this before?

Black Eye use. It resembles a black lipstick, and can be found in sporting goods stores or sporting goods at Wal Mart secton. cover it with black / eyeshadow dark ..... also try black eyeliner .....

Buy black lipstick. You can use it anywhere on your face.
