What is the best way to market my tea party hats? I have been making and selling tea party hats on eBay and through my website, www.teapartytreasures.com. I also sell party hats tea kits for children and adults to their own hat with all supplies included.

Your niche is too small. I think you should save the address of the site, but the branch with the content and photo layouts for all parties, Dress-up, ladies red hat and so on.
