Human Resources Education

I have trouble deciding what career path I want to take. Right now I am concentrating on my studies first Associates. And somewhere on the road I want to pursue a career in human resources. What are the requirements to become director of human resources? Does the prospect of a good job?

HR is a growing field, so now would be the perfect time to board. Some schools have degrees in human resources, but you can also qualify if you get a degree in public relations, communications, business, psychology and many others. The best thing to get you started in this field is starting to do internships. Start as soon as you can. Internships more easier it is for you to get a job after graduation. Good luck.
