Inverted nipples? My daughter was 3 months nipples ... she has had since she was born. Has anyone had babies with nipples that finally emerged? Also under my nipples girls is a hard bump on both sides. Is this normal?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
My son is 11 months, and only one of her nipples is inverted. Her pediatrician never said anything about it, so I'm sure it's good.
I watched "Inverted nipples are a normal variation, which means they are not an expected conclusion in a physical examination, but are not abnormal either. There's really no way to tell if they will stay low. Some people are nipples long life or a change can occur during growth spurts and puberty. During your child and medical examinations that baby must be monitored. "
I go to the doctor with this one. I doubt there is a problem, but I'd still go ...
It's my understanding that nipples are very common and usually resolve themselves once puberty starts, hormones start flowing in their bodies. However, I doubt ask the doctor at your appointment next routine.
