Rhodes was elected the fifth TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards for most popular destinations in 2008, and it is easy to see why. The island is the third largest of the Dodecanese, a part of Greece Aegean Islands South accompanying the east coast of Turkey, and is known locally as "Island of the Sun" because it contains at least 300 days of sunshine per year. Rhodes retains a strong Greek influence, while openly encouraging visitors, particularly in the south and inland. The pace of life is slow and relaxing, a perfect getaway from the stresses and strains of normal working life. Crime rates on the island are extremely low.

Greek culture is centered on family life and children are welcomed warmly in bars and restaurants . There are many historical influences, including the remains of the Colossus of Rhodes in Rhodes Town, the capital of the island, and many archaeological sites from different periods found in several places on the island no matter what kind of vacation you prefer, open to everyone Rhodes, relaxing on the beach, shopping, discovering historic sites, water sports and nightlife.

The North Island, including the city of Rhodes, Faliraki, Ixia, Trianda and surrounding areas, is well populated by locals and tourists and offers a wide range of activities and attractions for couples families. Lindos

Lindos Rhodes is a very popular destination, and only five minutes from Olive Grove Villa, and many visitors find themselves returning year after year.
