Personalized Wooden Blocks

I desperately need help! As a wedding gift, my sister and her husband have received this amazing piece of art .. Ok, it is difficult to describe but here is an attempt -
It is made of wooden plates (letters of the alphabet) and has a message embedded in them, spelled backwards. Around the message are the other random letters into a wooden square table "which hangs on the wall. I tried desperately to find where I can have a fact, but had no luck whatsoever! Anyone have any ideas what I'm about and where I can get one done??
