Robolab Nxt

I just received my ROBOLAB 2.9 upgrade so I can run the NXT and the RCX. But the installation process is the serial number of my version 2.0 or higher. It will not take the serial number on the package it came in my ROBOLAB 2.5.4 is only one issue about this: 4179 2112 7488 looks like a serial number, but the installer says I am looking for a digit number that begins in September with a 4. Can anyone give me their serial number ROBOLAB? Or bring mine? I called technical support and as the guys laughed at me and said, "Oh, it's a different world from ours ..." and gave me a number to a place that was, of course closed. Is Yahoo Answers better than this?

The serial number is on the cd 2.5.4 and the back of the CD case under the law "All rights reserved." on the base. Flag
