How can you make a pirate costume sexy? What would you need exactly?

You would have had to get some different pieces together (unless you already have)
Legs: Black fish nets that are torn in places
Skirt: A kind of material thing skirty / .. maybe go for black, then put the red material tied around the hips for a layered look kind of gross.
Top T-shirt: torn in parts (perhaps a red jacket so that it shows through the slashes) - To look more sexy corset lace up black (red ribbon will look excellent)
Shoes: Black boots heavy (to make it more sexy .. black leather boots with a heel)
Accessories: pirate hat, eye patch (if you're feeling is real piratey)
Makeup: Smokey eyes Big fat black .. poor quality for greater effect, red lips. Black nails (chipped?)
Hair: Wild! Elegance out of control .. held in parts by spray. Basically, it backcomb. Add a few small braids here and there.
Voila:)
Remember: a sexy costume, the more flesh on show, the better.
