Suddenly the flu or waiting room toys?? Both my daughters ages 4 and 2 have received their vaccine against influenza 3 days ago and just today went down with sniffles of moderate severity. They played with toys in the waiting room for 15 minutes. But I have heard much controversy about vaccines against influenza, as they can make you sick. What is most likely to get sick?
The injection of the vaccine against influenza is an attenuated virus. It is modified from the original virus (mitigation) and is unable to make you sick. It works by tricking the immune system to produce antibodies that fight the real virus and fight against infection.
How is avian influenza virus is a myth. Fever is possible and memory, but not the flu or a cold, runny nose, etc..
Your theory of toys waiting room is probably the ticket. Who goes to doctors waiting rooms? sick children. They are always putting their hands in their mouths, touching everything. You get the picture.
Do not believe the myths and fears and create anecdotal stories. Based on scientific studies that all point to vaccines against influenza does not cause disease.
Some reactions to vaccination against influenza and getting sick ... with others. Could be either.
vaccinated against the flu breaks down your immune system
This is probably the shot. Many young people get a milder version of what they are immunized against. If the injection site begins to look infected, though, call your doctor.
To be honest. The toys were probably more likely a chance of making them sick, but most dr. offices to sterilize all day. Sniffles is not a common side effect of vaccination. A slight fever and pain in the shooting area is.
More than risk shot. I can not take them. If I do I get the flu in 24 hours or less. So I did not get it. But for most people it is not uncommon to get simptoms light because you were given the virus to your system Imune cand build deffence against it.
Merry Christmas and hope your kids are OK!
Probally vaccinated against the flu, my mother has been hospitalized one week after receiving a vaccine against influenza for the flu!
I would say that the flu shot.I just had to get my children vaccine against influenza. I would just like Lysol things in your home, including doorknobs and telephones, that is where most of your microbes.
