Writing Games For Kids

Writing Games For KidsIs there a set of good writing for children?

It depends on what type of writing you want to teach and age ...
I make a game from time to time with my Grade 1.
This is called the Mystery Box. You get a shiny box (so it seems mysterious) and place about 5 objects inside. Choose things that are pretty random such as a plastic animal, shell, stone, picture of a cake, the letter A, then the children are sitting around the box and take the points. You have a quick discussion on what objects are, etc.. then they will write a story about what they want, but they must somehow include these objects and the story must make sense!
My kids love this activity, and the stories they offer are quite amazing.
Hope that helped!
